About Me.
I’m Nelson Lubisi, a Construction Manager, Facilities Consultant, and aspiring Project Manager based in Mpumalanga, South Africa. With over a decade of combined academic and field experience, I’ve led and contributed to public sector infrastructure projects spanning education, healthcare, and municipal development. My work is driven by purpose, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in the built environment.
My core strengths lie in technical diagnostics, strategic project integration, and stakeholder alignment—delivered through a disciplined approach grounded in PMBOK knowledge areas. Whether managing multidisciplinary teams or navigating complex compliance frameworks, I bring clarity, structure, and results to every phase of a project.
Currently, I’m pursuing my PrCPM registration with SACPCMP to formalize my professional standing and deepen my impact in the construction and facilities management space. As an aspiring project manager, I’m focused on expanding my leadership capacity and aligning technical execution with long-term strategic outcomes.

I hold a degree in Construction Management with a strong focus on infrastructure planning, contract administration, and sustainable design. I led student teams, developed project plans aligned with PMBOK principles, and presented research on sustainable construction. I’m a Green Building Accredited Professional and hold a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. As a PrCPM Candidate, I’m equipped to manage complex projects with a focus on safety, sustainability, and strategic delivery.
